Stephen’s career began in the commercial roofing industry, where he honed his skills as a roofing technician at Hinkle Roofing Inc. His expertise in operations management and process improvement paved the way for his entrepreneurial journey. He founded CyberComm Online in 1994, which he successfully sold in 2001. His leadership continued to shine as he founded and led Broad Mountain Preservation Inc. and Stephen P. Hinkle Construction Inc., both of which have achieved significant success under his guidance.
